You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To begin the return process, contact us at info@blossom-elle.com. Please make sure the items are unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
Return Process:
- Please contact us first: Send an email to info@blossom-elle.com with your order details and reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Follow the instructions: Once you return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack it well: Make sure the product is packed well to avoid damage during transportation.
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds:
After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
