How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). After processing, shipping takes approximately 4-6 working days (Monday to Friday).

The delivery time is generally 4-6 working days after your order has been processed.
What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
The order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders within Australia.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed, allow up to 2 extra business days and check your tracking link. If your package still hasn’t arrived, please wait an additional 3 working days, then contact us at info@blossom-elle.com with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing info@blossom-elle.com as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us at info@blossom-elle.com with photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and ensure you receive the correct item.
When can I return my items?
You can return your items within 30 days from the delivery date. To start the return process, contact info@blossom-elle.com. Please ensure the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period.
Is the return shipping free?
No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
